My service advisor James was great. He kept me informed throughout the process. Went in for my initial oil change and he alerted me to some recall items and took care of them. I think Chevrolet should offer loaners when a service is going to take longer than 2 hours. James was upfront about the time it would take to compete. Luckily I had the time to wait.
