I had made a call to the dealership to make an appointment. The lady that answered the phone told me I didn���t need one just to show up in the morning, which I did early in the morning when the guys came up to me they told me I needed an appointment they couldn���t take care of me. I talked to the manager and explained my situation and he was great to take care of me.
