All routine maintenance was done as planned. The recall for update of the computer software took longer than expected. There was no explanation as to what the software update was covering which I was disappointed in. There should have been some written documentation after the update included with the work order receipt or something. Even an e-mail sent to the owner explaining the update would have been helpful.
